Case Studies

Leasing: 16 St James’s Street, SW1

Levy were jointly appointed by Legal & General to advise on the refurbishment and subsequent re letting of the 3rd floor of 7,000 sq ft in this Grade A St James’s building.

We achieved a rental level of £107.50 per sq ft in October 2015 and have now been instructed to let the 1st floor and 2nd floors providing a further c.14,000 sq ft of space which will be available from summer 2016.

Leasing: 11 Charles II Street, SW1

Levy were appointed by The Crown Estate to market c.21,000 sq ft of premium office space over six floors.

The entire building was fully let within a 6 month period to a number of high profile occupiers achieving rents up to £102.00 per sq ft.

Leasing: Charles House, 5-11 Regent Street St James’s, SW1

Levy were appointed by The Crown Estate to market c.12,500 sq ft of refurbished Grade A office space.

We achieved a pre-let of the 7th floor and subsequently let the 4th and 5th floors achieving rents in the high £70s per sq ft over a c.9 month leasing campaign.

Leasing: 33 Jermyn Street, SW1

Levy were instructed to provide local market expertise and undertake a clear marketing campaign for Apax Partners.

We let the 10,700 sq ft 3rd floor to HarbourVest Partners on the basis of a lease until 2024 at the beginning of 2015 and are now marketing the newly refurbished 1st floor of 8,158 sq ft.

Leasing: Cleveland House, St James, SW1

Levy was appointed by Harwood International to market the Lower Ground Floor, which was newly created and comprehensively refurbished.

We have just completed a pre-letting of this 4,650 sq ft floor to St James’s recruitment company Allen Lane, agreeing a record rent for Lower Ground Floor offices in St James’s of £62.50

Leasing: 3 Burlington Gardens, Mayfair

After the space at 3 Burlington Gardens had been marketed for 24 months Levy were recently appointed by Epic Advisors to work alongside one of the existing agents for the remaining 15,934 sq ft top quality refurbished accommodation. Since Levy were appointed all of the remain space has been leased or is under offer at rents of £97.50 per sq ft and above. The most recent deal negotiated by Levy has just gone under offer at £100.00 per sq ft.

Levy case study - 3 Burlington Gardens, Mayfair

Leasing: Evergreen House, Euston

Acting for longstanding Levy client, Evergreen Shipping, we successfully pre-let 22,140 sq ft of offices over five floors to Serviced Office Group at Evergreen House, 160 Euston Road, NW1, who are the third largest UK serviced office operator. We  agreed a 10 year lease at £33 per sq ft together with 21 months’ rent free over five floors of this 83,000 sq ft building.
