Savile Row W1

Our Project Management & Building Consultancy Team were appointed by fund managers, Tyndaris, to project manage the fit-out of their new London headquarters in the West End.

We project managed both the Category A & B fit-out works, providing Cost Consultancy advice to the client and negotiating with the design and build contractors, to deliver this unique project which was completed to an exceptionally high quality bespoke finish.

Levy case study - Tyndaris - New Mayfair Office

17 Clifford Street W1

17 Clifford Street was the second retail unit that Levy has project managed for bespoke tailor Anderson and Sheppard. The refurbishment included substantial structural works within a Grade II Listed building.

The internal design was prepared by a leading French designer and the scheme was completed within the 16-week programme.

Zig Zag Building

Levy was instructed to provide Project Management and Cost Consultancy for the relocation of Jupiter Asset Management’s head office. The Category A & B works at the landmark development by Land Securities were tendered via a traditional procurement route. We worked closely with the client and the project team to deliver the works on time and on budget.

Evergreen House NW1

Levy project managed the renewal of the air conditioning system and Category B fit-out works to five floors of this owner-occupied building.

We worked closely with the Taiwanese building owners to ensure the project was delivered on time and on budget.

200 Longwater Avenue, Reading

Green Park in Reading is a 195-acre site owned by Oxford Properties is primarily grade a office space including blue chip occupiers such as Cisco, Regus and HSBC.  Levy was appointed to undertake a 30-year Planned Maintenance and asset renewal programme for the public realm areas of the site.The site’s public realm areas include public highways, parking, grassed parklands, lakes and fitness areas.

 

Hyde Park Towers

The residents’ committee of this prestigious apartment block overlooking Hyde Park, appointed Levy to specify, tender and manage the replacement of the existing windows to each of the 100 privately owned flats.

Our surveyors helped the committee select the most appropriate window system, liaising with the local planning authority we sought approval for minor changes to the fenestration and delivered the project on time and within the £1m budget.  The residents are delighted with the final product which delivers vastly improved thermal and acoustic insulation for the block.

Jellyfish Productions

The owner of Jellyfish Productions acquired the two-storey retail unit in Brixton, Levy obtained a change of use for the expansion of the media company’s London operations.

Levy project managed the scheme and provided cost consultancy advice working closely with the client and his designer.

The project was very successful taking the unit from shell and core and delivering the client a unique office space, studio and private cinema.

 

The Sports Edit

Levy was appointed by the start-up fashion brand ‘The Sports Edit’ to Project Manage the fit-out of their new store and online trading HQ.

Due to the nature of the site and importance of the branding for the initial store, the client appointed a designer and the project was tendered using a traditional procurement method with and the JCT suite of contracts, the designer was novated by the main contractor during the construction stages of the project.

The store has been a huge success and the brand are looking to open additional stores across London.

 

Ely House Dover Street W1

Levy project managed the refurbishment and fit-out works of Ely House on behalf of Mallett Antiques.

The acquisition of Dover Street, which was managed by our Retail Team, and refurbishment of the new flagship store was extremely important to the client, who had previously been located on Bond Street for more than 100 years.

We managed the planning issues, listed building consents and change of use. We also managed the Landlord’s Consent along with contract administration and CDM Co-ordination. We assisted the client from project inception, through to completion, including assisting in the appointment of specialist consultants such as Interior Designer, Historic Building Consultant, Approved Building Inspector, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers and Structural Engineer.
