Building Consultancy

Our team of experts provide strategic advice in respect of lease termination and dilapidations liabilities.

Dilapidations principally concern a Tenant’s failure to conform to certain express and/or implied obligations within their lease, thereby committing a breach of covenant.

We work within the strict guidelines of the dilapidations protocol set out by the Property Litigation Association and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Acting for Landlords and Tenants, we offer professional advice to assist in determining a fair assessment of loss and minimise overall costs for our client.

We are happy to inspect premises to provide initial advice and costings with regard to dilapidations claims.
