Our Project Management & Building Consultancy Team were appointed by fund managers, Tyndaris, to project manage the fit-out of their new London headquarters in the West End.

We project managed both the Category A & B fit-out works, providing Cost Consultancy advice to the client and negotiating with the design and build contractors, to deliver this unique project which was completed to an exceptionally high quality bespoke finish.

Zig Zag Building

Levy was instructed to provide Project Management and Cost Consultancy for the relocation of Jupiter Asset Management’s head office. The Category A & B works at the landmark development by Land Securities were tendered via a traditional procurement route. We worked closely with the client and the project team to deliver the works on time and on budget.

Franco’s Restaurant SW1

Franco’s is one of the longest-established Italian restaurants in London.

Levy provided both cost consultancy and project management services for the complete refurbishment of the restaurant and kitchen. The project was completed in 22 weeks.

5 Savile Row

We provided a watching brief and cost consultancy role relating to both the Cat A and Cat B fitting out works. The works were undertaken under a design and build contract with a construction value of £1.1 million.
