Flexible space operator takes more at Euston Road 06.03.18
BE Offices, one of the UK’s leading independent providers of flexible workspace, has leased two further floors at 160 Euston Road.
BE already occupies the third to seventh floors in Evergreen House, amounting to approximately 22,500 sq ft, operated by its &Offices brand.
The eighth and ninth floors, totalling 8,900 sq ft, of the tower block are the latest additions to the operator’s 700,000 sq ft of space across the UK. It has signed a 10-year lease paying a rent equating to £58 per sq ft.
A £1m comprehensive refurbishment is currently underway and the facility is set to open at the end of May.
