We operate in all of the use classes and across London and the UK and we have an additional specialist team dealing with residential block management in London. Our portfolio includes industrial, multi-let offices, retail and residential properties, the majority of which are located within London but we also cover the whole country.

The management team works closely with the building surveying, professional and agency departments in order to give a fresh perspective and ensure that the maximum potential is gained from every property whilst dealing with the day to day issues.

The prestigious residential property is located in the heart of London and has approximately 80 luxury flats. We administer the annual service charge of £1.2m including budgeting, accounting and contribution collection and adminster the 10 on site staff employed. We are presently operating a ten year refurbishment plan to ensure the best future condition of the asset.
